Enrique Kayejero

Enrique studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Costa Rica, specializing in painting.
He believes that the exploration of eroticism and the search for freedom through sexuality are tools for expressing the female psyche, as a way to counteract the oppression of women.
Kayejero has exhibited his work both locally and internationally. He is also part of numerous private collections. “I put a little bit of everything that is in me into my works. Not only in a raw way, and at other times quieter, it depends on certain moments and what you want to interpret.”
